Welcome to My Sunshine (“I”, “Mia”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We operate this website and provide luxury personal styling services including virtual styling, personalised lookbooks, in-home wardrobe detox services, and related digital products (the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
1. Access & Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities carried out under your account.
2. Our Services
We provide:
- Virtual personal styling
- In-home wardrobe detox and closet edit appointments
- Personalised lookbooks and digital styling content
All services are tailored based on the information you provide. While we aim to offer high-quality recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific results, product availability, or outcomes.
3. Orders, Payments & Refunds
All prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice.
Payment is required in full at checkout. Once payment has been processed, your order is confirmed.
Due to the personalised nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise required by UK consumer law.
4. Subscriptions and Ongoing Services
Where you purchase a subscription-based service, including our £50 per month membership, you agree to the following:
• Your subscription will renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• Your payment method will be charged on the same date each month as your original purchase.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once a billing cycle has commenced.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your customer account or by contacting us at hello@mysunshinestylist.com.
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
• Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or features upon reasonable notice.
5. Delivery of Services
After purchase, you will receive instructions to complete a style questionnaire.
Your personalised lookbook will be delivered within the timeframe stated on the relevant service page. Delivery times are estimates only.
For in-home services, appointment dates will be agreed in advance and are subject to availability.
5A. In-Home Styling & Wardrobe Detox Services
For in-home wardrobe detox and closet edit appointments, clients acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Clients are responsible for providing a safe, respectful, and suitable working environment during all in-home appointments.
• My Sunshine reserves the right to refuse or terminate services immediately where there is unsafe, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate, or unsanitary behaviour or conditions. No refunds will be issued in such circumstances.
• Clients must ensure reasonable access to the property and wardrobe areas at the agreed appointment time. Delays caused by restricted access or unavailable spaces may reduce the time available for the session.
• While reasonable care is taken when handling garments and accessories, My Sunshine is not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, accidental damage outside reasonable control, or loss of unsecured valuables.
• Clients are responsible for securing jewellery, cash, designer items, and sentimental valuables prior to the appointment.
• Additional time beyond the package duration may incur additional charges, as stated on the relevant service page.
• Appointment bookings for in-home services act as non-refundable deposits. Clients may request to reschedule with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
• Styling recommendations and wardrobe edits are based on professional opinion, client preferences, sizing information, and lifestyle details provided during the consultation. Results and personal satisfaction may vary.
• My Sunshine will never share identifiable images of a client, their home, or wardrobe without explicit consent.
6. Intellectual Property
All content created by My Sunshine, including lookbooks, styling guides, images and written materials, remains our intellectual property.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use your purchased materials for personal use only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Feedback & Testimonials
By submitting reviews, feedback, or testimonials, you grant My Sunshine a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use them for marketing and promotional purposes.
We will never publish identifying personal details without your explicit consent.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use our Services for unlawful purposes
- Copy, resell, or distribute our materials
- Misuse, interfere with, or attempt to compromise the website or systems
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of our recommendations.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, My Sunshine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or subjective losses arising from the use of our Services, including dissatisfaction based on personal style preferences or decisions made following styling recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so under the laws of England and Wales.
